I didn't get five stars because there's always room for improvement LOL Dr Weiss makes me feel confident in him as my cardiologist always comes in with a great attitude very good bedside manner and he shows that he is human I like that
but I wish I could hear some type of music while I'm waiting in the room for the doctor because I hear his conversation with the other patients doesn't have to be loud just something soothing

Dr Weiss is an amazing doctor. He was attentive and thorough in his care for my parents. His explanation of medications that needed to be taken and procedures that needed to be done to follow up was very helpful to my parents. I had placed a rating of 4 before but changed it to a 5… Dr Weiss and Nikki who helped us that day were excellent but there was a medical assistant that brought my parents in to weigh them and take their vital signs. If I was to rate her, I’d give her a 2. It seemed like she was in a hurry and impatient. Her tone in directing my dad down the hall as she may have thought he was going the wrong way was curt, she didn’t realize how old and weak my dad was and he just needed to lean against the wall while my mom had to step on the scale. My parents felt she was rough in taking the leads off of them after the EKG. My mom said to me “feels like she took my skin off.” She did not explain what she was doing. Her voice and demeanor was short and impatient (that was our perception…it may be her norm). I didn’t want to mention names as that is not my goal to publicly name her. But it would be such a bonus to have medical help that showed at least a slight hint of compassion and bedside mannerism that was helpful to those that are not at their best and need to visit the doctors office. I would absolutely recommend this office but wish my parents didn’t have the experience with the one particular assistant.
